Hi, I'm Zoë

Thanks for stopping by.I'm a Virtual Lynchpin.Yep, my job is to hold everything together (after I've wrestled that 'To-Do' list out of your hand), so you can stop procrastinating and get on with what you should be doing... running that fabulous business of yours!Along with my powers of 'persuasion' 💪🏻, I offer high-level PA support, and can assist with optimising systems, managing inboxes, updating platforms, blowing off the cobwebs from a dusty ole' Linkedin profile, adding a splash of colour to your website, proofreading, research and more besides.Click here to find out more.
Who I work with...
Entrepreneurs, consultants, creatives, business owners, CEOs and private individuals. Anyone that needs a helping hand with their business or life admin. Some clients come on board all guns blazing! 💥.Others, well, they need a little time to loosen their grip (they eventually do!) and to trust me with those tasks that are sapping their energy.I thrive best when I'm 'sorting stuff out', making things look good and am often the first port of call in a crisis. My strengths are my optimism, good humour, dog-headed determination, problem-solving, being a sounding board, getting things done to a high standard, and my reliability.

Drop me a message if you'd like to discuss how I can help get you from 👇🏻 to 🚀!
A little about me
I've worked as a senior board-level PA in London to several FTSE 100 companies. Prior to that I worked for newspapers and journals in Hong Kong, writing mostly about travel and hospitality.

Woven into the mix, a few adventures: crewing on a yacht, managing a landscaping project, teaching yoga, learning dance in West Africa. After becoming a mum I was able to opt for a more 'child-flexible' approach to work: volunteering for charities and community projects in East London: helping primary school children with reading, mentoring secondary school students, spending time with those receiving hospice care, and teaching TEFL classes for socially-excluded women.I now run Lynchpins and love the continual learning opportunities which enable me to support clients from diverse business backgrounds.I enjoy taking photos, trekking up hills and mountains, sea swimming, saunas, knitting, listening to true crime podcasts, dancing, world music and exploring this magical world of ours.

Caroline Barlow
CEO, Arts for All
Zoe is hard working and commits fully to any project she takes on. She is a wonderful person to work with. Her strengths are her thoughtfulness, creativity and commitment.
Eloise Leeson-Smith
Olim Communications
Zoë is, hands down, one of the very best VAs I've had the pleasure of encountering. Working with her is a dream. Since she came on board she's taken over so many of the tasks that drained my time (and quite frankly, my brain), which has given me space both in the diary and psychologically to grow Olim as a consultancy.Zoë makes everything look graceful, composed, and has keen insights that have proven invaluable over our time working together. She's a delight to work with, eager to understand the intricacies of the business, and is a fountain of optimism and enthusiasm. I recommend her without hesitation.
John Symonds, IFA
Talis Financial Advisors
I've used Zoë Lynch for some time now and she has been invaluable in helping me to clear my decks by taking care of the tasks that I did not want to do.She helps with updating our CRM, managing client communications, and marketing. She recently set up a very successful webinar! If you don't want to do a task, it generally takes you much longer to do it compared to tasks you enjoy doing. By letting Zoë take care of these tasks it frees me up to do what I would do best.I would thoroughly recommend Zoë if anyone is thinking of taking on a VA.
Al Cook, CEO
De Beers
Zoe is very reliable, loyal, diligent, quick-thinking, enthusiastic, and pays excellent attention to detail. She is outgoing and builds strong relationships swiftly. She has very good organisational and interpersonal skills and is always kind, good humoured and generous with her time. She is a great team player, and also works very well on her own initiative. I would recommend her without any reservation.
